Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

- Free of any styling product residue
Non-Returnable Items
Please Note: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Hair Tools that show signs of use
- Any products with broken seals or compromised packaging
