Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your new hair extensions integrate perfectly with your styling routine.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- All original tags and labels attached
- Free of any styling product residue
- No signs of wear or use
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Hair Care products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments)
- Hair Tools that show any signs of use
- Any products with broken seals or compromised packaging
- Items from the following collections: Hair Care, Hair Tools
